Work Together

How I work
Two ways to work together:

Coaching: an ongoing one-to-one relationship focused on growth in life and leadership. Learn more about my approach.

Consulting: a focused engagement around an organizational question that needs clarity, discernment, building, and action.

1:1 coaching

Regular 1:1 sessions with room to bring whatever is current: a specific decision, a pattern you’re noticing, a capability you want to deepen, or how a larger role is landing. We’ll set a direction at the start, use the framework as a container, and the work stays responsive to your goals.

Study Hall

Coaching clients get access to my Study Hall, a virtual space that I hold to help you prioritize, focus, and follow through on the things that surfaced in our sessions or for other important tasks. Sometimes you need reflection. Sometimes you need protected attention, a check-in, or a body double to help you get through that thing that’s been nagging at you for too long.

Field Guides

For Fall 2026 coaching clients, I’m piloting Field Guides, an interactive digital tool that gathers the work we’re doing in one place.

The Field Guide gives us a place to carry the learning between sessions, track what you’re experimenting with, and notice what changes over time.

Walking sessions

Coaching that moves with you. Some sessions leave the room: East Bay trails, an SF lunch walk, or a remote walk-and-talk with your headphones in.

Fractional CRO

You need senior revenue leadership, not another slide deck. As your fractional CRO, I strategically advise or join the team part-time: setting strategy, building the pipeline and pricing model, and working directly with your team so the capability and capacity is durable, far beyond my engagement.

Fractional support is great for start-ups and early stage ventures, organizations who want to test readiness for their first full-time revenue executive, or organizations that need a senior revenue voice at the table before they’re ready for a full-time hire.

What it can include: pricing and revenue model design, pipeline and forecasting systems, go-to-market strategy, board and funder-facing revenue reporting, pitch refinement or co-pitching, product marketing, role refinement, hiring and coaching a future in-house revenue lead.

Study Groups

The organization provides the people, space, and books. I provide the learning structure, facilitation, and support for turning ideas into practice. A facilitated peer-learning experience for teams working through a shared book together.

Getting started

Every engagement starts with a conversation about what’s in front of you.

We’ll decide what structure makes sense, or whether I’m the right person for it. If I’m not, I’ll tell you plainly.

Investment

Coaching is an investment. I’ll ask you to bring effort, stay curious, try things between sessions, and work at the edges of your comfort. Knowledge matters, but it’s the applied work that gets the best results.

We’ll design around your goals, the level of support needed, and the cadence that makes sense for your schedule. After our discovery call, I can recommend a structure and a clear picture of tuition and payment options to help inform your planning.

While some clients self-pay, coaching is often funded through an organization’s professional development budget. I happily coordinate directly with employers on contracting and invoicing so that those doing the work can stay focused on the work. Here’s a sample email to tailor and send to your HR lead or manager to see if coaching could be funded by your organization.

Fractional CRO work is similarly scoped in collaboration with partners.

Modified pricing is available to:

  • Organizations who sponsor coaching for more than one employee
  • Nonprofits, including school districts and government agencies
  • Individuals who are self-paying and experiencing financial hardship
  • Individuals and organizations who pay for semester or longer tuition at a time
