Study Groups for Organizations

Turn powerful ideas
into practice.

Good ideas become more useful when people have time to question them, connect them to their work, and try them in practice.

Study Groups create that structure.

A contained engagement that can stand on its own

Bring me in to facilitate a Study Group. It does not need to be connected to another consulting or coaching engagement.

Your organization provides the participants, the space if we’re meeting in person, and the books. I provide the learning structure, facilitation, accountability, and support for turning ideas into practice.

Six sessions. One book. A cohort. A facilitator. A defined learning experience.

Recommended format

  • 6 sessions
  • 60 to 90 minutes each
  • 3 to 12 people per group

Virtual (or in-person in the Bay Area, upon request)

Organizations can run multiple groups based on schedule, role, affinity, or interest.

Every Study Group engagement includes a planning conversation with HR or the primary contact to discuss the organizational context, goals, and participant profiles.

Impact with Integrity

Repair the World Without Breaking Yourself

I’ve used Becky Margiotta’s Impact with Integrity with clients and teams since it was published in 2022 to explore alignment, responsibility, overwork, the drama triangle, and what it means to contribute from your genius.

I was honored to study directly with Becky and a small cohort of other leaders this September in her inaugural Impact with Integrity Circle.

I will bring that learning into a facilitated experience that helps participants learn the material, connect it to their own context, and apply it to how they work and lead.

Your group might explore

  • Sustainable leadership
  • Responsibility and healthy commitments
  • Alignment
  • Team dynamics
  • Contribution and genius
  • Pursuing impact in ways that don’t cause burnout

Playing Big

Practical Wisdom for Women Who Want to Speak Up, Create, and Lead

I’ve worked with, worked for, and managed many talented women with ideas to voice, risks to take, difficult conversations to have, and work they wanted to pursue. I’ve also watched women, including myself, hold back.

Tara Mohr’s Playing Big gave me useful language and practices for understanding some of what gets in the way.

I’m participating in Tara’s 2026–27 Facilitators Training to go deeper and get better at helping other women shape our world.

Your group might explore

  • Speaking with greater authority
  • Taking meaningful risks
  • Habits of responding to criticism and praise
  • Recognizing the inner critic
  • Becoming more visible
  • Supporting other women at work in bringing their ideas and leadership forward

Why facilitation matters

A good book gives us great content. The learning deepens when teams have structured space to examine the ideas presented, hear how others are interpreting them, connect them to real situations, and put the concepts to practice.

I bring experience as an educator, facilitator, coach, and organizational leader to help groups ask better questions, connect concepts to their context, hear different perspectives, and make learning visible.

Each session gives participants something to notice, try, discuss, or practice before we meet again.
